and what reviewers are looking for in papers submitted to ICML, COLT, and
other machine learning venues. Panelist presentations will be followed
by a question-and-answer session.

Machine Learning Methodologies: empirical and formal methodologies
for successful research.
The Submission and Review Process: How to submit a paper, how your
paper will be reviewed, ethical issues, conference vs. journal publications,
appealing a decision, handling rejection
