Original papers are solicited for submission to the
Information Security Conference 2003 (ISC2003). ISC aims to bring together individuals involved in multiple
disciplines of information security to foster exchange of ideas. Topics of interest include, but are not

Authors are invited to submit original papers not previously published nor submitted in parallel for
publication to any other conference, workshop or journal. Submissions should be limited to 15 pages of 11pt type
including figures and bibliography. Authors should submit papers via electronic submission using the WWW (see the
ISC'03 web page for detailed instructions). Authors are permitted to remove or blind author-identifying information
(author names and affiliations, obvious self-references) from their submissions, if they choose to do so. Removed or
blinded author-identifying information must be submitted separately as directed on the electronic submission web
page. The proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in their Lecture Notes in Computer Science series and will
be available at the conference. Exceptional conference papers will also be solicited for submission to a special
issue of the International Journal of Information Security.

Stipends
A limited number of stipends are available to those unable
to obtain funding to attend the conference. Students are
encouraged to apply if such assistance is needed. Priority
will be given to students whose papers are accepted and who
will present the paper themselves. Requests for stipends
should be addressed to the local organiser.
