[Gc] Problem compiling gc 6.3 alpha2

--with-ecos should be used only when building for eCos.  (This came from gcj, and I'm not
sure it has ever been used outside of that context.  Nor do I know enough about eCos
to understand why configuration for eCos requires a special flag.)
