[Gc] gc6.8 hurd patch

Hi all,

I have a gc6.8 patch for Debian GNU/Hurd. It allows to built
gc with pthreads support. I verified it with gctest only -- and
it runs fine. I am not a Hurd expert, so there is a chance that
I did something wrong.

It uses SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2 signals to stop and resume
threads. Perhaps there is a better choice for this, I am not sure.

For reference, I borrowed few lines from the Barry deFreese's
patch that could be found here:
