[Gc] Support for OpenBSD i386/amd64?

As far as I can tell, there is indeeed no OpenBSD threads port. Assuming OpenBSD has a solid thread library that's based on one of the other BSD or Linux ones, I would expect that this wouldn't be terribly hard to fix. But it does require a volunteer.
