[Gc] success: cmake builds a multi threaded gctest in visual studio - passes!

hi guys!

i got the latest from CVS just half an hour ago and tested my new cmake patch.
to try it out, apply ivan's diff20 (attached) and my cmake patch (attached)
follow the instructions in README.win and you will have a gc.sln (or
nmake file).
if someone can try it and give me a quick review, i'd appreciate it.

i have not used ivan's latest (diff29, i think) that patches libatomic_opts.
(only because i didn't need it to get a pass)

the output from gctest with visual studio debugger is appended.
