I'm not sure what you'll use them for, but if I run autoreconf -vif on my end
most files change:

That's with AUtomake-1.9.6 and Autoconf-2.63.  I wouldn't worry about it, as
long as configure works and you and Hans stick to agreed upon versions between
commits to reduce the noise.  You can browse/download the diffs/files at

until I delete it.  Follow the first entry.
