It's good that you are trying to upgrade gcc/boehmgc to v7.2.
I did the same comparison some time ago and didn't find anything significant to add to bdwgc except for suspend/resume, probably. See: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.programming.garbage-collection.boehmgc/2989
As for the patches below, they are not needed for bdwgc.
