[Gc] MPROTECT_VDB is not working on with mingw-w64

Hi,

At present, GCC does not generate SEH unwinding information, so MPROTECT_VDB mode crashes the collector on Win32/amd64 (if compiled by GCC).

I turned off the mode for that target (the patch is attached).
