[httperf] General questions

OK, I put the current archvies at:

	ftp://ftp.hpl.hp.com/pub/httperf/mail-archive.YYMM

where YY is the year and MM the month that the archive covers.  There
is no 0101.  I think there wasn't any mail during that month.
