[httperf] errors showed after running httperf

	from a beginner on httperf:
	
	-where could I find answers about "other" types of errors showed
after a run, in the (statistics) report?
	-what's the reason (and meaning)for error 11, showed sometimes
after running the execution command ?
	-Are those errors related to httperf , Apache or both?
	-How is the number of "samples" counted on each run? I'm using
httperf 0.8. Is it a rate sample once every five seconds?
