[httperf] httperf compile problems

[Epperson, Wade]

I'm trying to compile the httperf program but I keep getting the error: "no
acceptable cc found in $PATH"
I am a new Linux user so I am sure I leaving something out. Any assistance
would be greatly appreciated.
