[httperf] Httperf download location

An alternative is: http://www.megaloman.com/~hany/RPM/httperf.html from http://freshmeat.net/projects/httperf/?topic_id=90
However, I did a test now and the ftp://ftp.hpl.hp.com/pub/httperf/ is operational for me, so could some intermittent problem between you and the site.
