[httperf] session capture for httperf.

hi,
i've got a program to capture and create session data in the format httperf 
expects it. it's at:

http://ns2.surveysupport1.com/progs/hcapture.r1.tar.gz

it replaces the tf2hperf.tar.gz that i had announced a year or so ago.


Martin,
the last time i sent you the source, it had a buggy parsing routine and would 
crash if the first packet did not contain all of the headers it was looking 
for. that's fixed. but the souce is still over-engineered a bit. hopefully 
it'll get me through this round of testing i have to do ;)
