[httperf] error in cygwin

Hi martin I tried out the steps in the readme file of httperf and when 
I came to the step of SRCD/configure I get the following error

loading cache ./config.cache
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
configure error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

I downloaded the latest version of cygwin and have also mentioned the 
right path where httperf is installed. Awaiting your reply. Thanks in 
advance.
