[httperf] integration of a workload generator in httperf

hi Bhagwan

the statement means the basic statistics (e.g., Connection Rate) are
printed whether you use a request-based workload (e.g., --num-conns) or a
session-based workload (e.g., --wsess).  When session-based workloads are
generated, some additional statistics are also printed (e.g., session
rate).
