[httperf] [PATCH] IPv6 support

Hello everyone!

Following up on my question regarding IPv6 support in httperf, and
after discovering it did not exist, I proceeded to code it in.

The httperf devs did a great job, everything is neatly separated, so
it took quite a small amount of changes to be able to pull this off.

Now, this code probably isn't the best you've seen, and I haven't
conducted extensive testing, but it seems to work so far, both with
IPv4 and IPv6, so I thought it might be interesting to share it.

If you do decide to use it, I would recommend doing a review of the
code, since I'm not very experienced in socket programming and mostly
did this by example.
