[httperf] POST in logs

I'm not sure if it's been brought up before, but it would be really  
nice if httperf were able to read entire POST messages from logs and  
send them. For that matter, to read request headers for GET from the  
logs.

My understanding is that the log format is currently just a null- 
delimited list of URLs; apologies if I have that wrong.
