[httperf] How to get the bind patch for httperf?

I noticed *Balazs Scheidler has provide a bind address patch for httperf, *
*and I need it very much. But I can not download it through the mailing_list

*link, cvs and the httperf download page. Maybe it has not been merged into*
httperf. So could you please send me the patch. Thank you very much!
