[httperf] using POST

Hi,
I want to use httperf to mimic clients uploading content to a server.
It looks like I could use the wsesslog flag and create a series of
requests which use "method=POST contents='a lot of junk'", but since
I'm hoping to have the client sending 10s or 100s of kilobytes to the
server, I was wondering if there is a more efficient way of doing
this.

any suggestions?
