[httperf] not able to send post data to php script using httperf

Hi,

To apply the patch, just enter to httperf 0.9.0 folder, apply, and
compile as usual.

$ cd httperf-0.9.0
$ cat /tmp/httperf-0.9.0-content_type.bin | patch -p1
$ ./configure [your options]
$ make
