[httperf] idleconn re-write

As a side note I tested the new idleconn program on both suse 10.3 and
openbsd 4.2 and both work effectively out of the box :)

I am *VERY* interested to know if it builds/compiles/runs/pukes on any
other distribution or operating system.  You *WILL* need libevent from
now on.
