[httperf] idleconn re-write

Hi folks,

I just committed a re-write to the idleconn program.  It now uses the
non-blocking dns system in libevent, as well as whatever notification
system that libevent thinks is most scalable.

Please check out cvs on sourceforge for this update.

Also, the program could really use a man page.  Any takers?
