Hi Ted

It's always good to have up-to-date documentation.  At the very least, to indicate what is new in 1.0; anything that hasn't changed can obviously stay the same (unless there are errors in it).

I am curious how many people found the httperf documentation I wrote up
for v0.9 to be useful?

If enough people request it, I'll prepare another version for 1.0,
otherwise I won't.
