[httperf] No 'configure' script in CVS ?

Actually it would be really easy :)

You would just edit the file, save it, then run  

cvs diff -U3 > some_filename.patch

>From the top project directory, then include it inline in a response
email back to the list (I don't think attachments work on this list).
