Hi Josh
httperf does not have an option to use a proxy, but it can work with one. Please see the related thread on the mailing list back in October 2007.
You can use the --wlog option to read urls from a file. However, this option assumes a NUL separated urls. See the related thread from October 2001.

Subject: [httperf] Proxy / List of URL's with httperf?
Hi,
Is it possible to tell httperf to use a proxy server? Also, can I
specify a list of URL's for httperf to use.. maybe a text file
containing one URL per line?
Thanks,
Josh
