[httperf] Connection rate httperf

Hi Paulo

It looks as though httperf is working as you have told it to. The output indicates that the system you are testing is overloaded. In particular, if you look at the maximum number of concurrent connections, you will see it is 8,035, meaning that there are a lot of connections being queued; the system simply cannot keep up.

If you actually want to test this system under 1,000 connection attempts per second, you can specify the --timeout option. With this option, connections that are not making progress will be abandoned, and a new connection issued. Please refer to the httperf man page for more information.

If you are not trying to evaluate the system under overload, you will need to use a lower rate.

Subject: [httperf] Connection rate httperf

I'm doing some experiments in my server with the parameters: --client 0/2 --hog --server --uri /1 --num-conns 10000 --rate 500.

And analyzing the end of the experiment, I saw that the response parameter Connection rate gave me a lower number than that I put in the input parameter.
how can I solve this problem??
