Dr. Ashish Gupta Senior Managing Director, Helion |

| Dr. Ashish Gupta is a co-founder of Helion and serves on the boards of NGPay, Exclusively.in, redBus, Dhingana, Zmanda, Komli, Pubmatic, Jivox, Kirusa, MuSigma, Naukri.com, SMSGupshup and Hoopos.com. He has co-founded two successful companies - Tavant Technologies and Junglee (AMZN). He has also worked at Woodside Fund, Oracle Corporation and IBM research. His investments include Daksh (IBM), Odesk, Obongo (AOL), Speedera (Akamai), MakeMyTrip, Merittrac (Manipal Group), and Kaboodle (Hearst). Ashish is a Kauffman Fellow, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur where he was awarded the President's Gold medal. He has authored several patents, publications, and a book by MIT press. |

Mr. Chetan Maini Chief of Strategy and Technology, Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles |

| Mr. Chetan Maini is the Founder and the Chief of Strategy and Technology at Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles. Motivated by a desire to combat climate change, in 1994 Chetan co-founded the Reva Electric Car Company (REVA), one of the first electric car companies. The company has one of the largest deployed fleets of electric cars in over 24 countries globally. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree from Stanford University. He has over 20 years' experience in developing electric vehicles and several global patents. In 2009 he was named by Business Week Magazine as one of the top 50 most powerful people in India to influence change and at the AIMA Managing India Awards 2010 Chetan was named "Entrepreneur of the Year". In 2011, Chetan was honoured as a Young Global Leader (YGL), by the World Economic Forum. Last year, he was also conferred the Energy and Environment Innovation award by The Economist at the Innovation Award Ceremony at London. |

| Mr. Shripati brings a global perspective to entrepreneurship having spent substantial parts of his career in US and India addressing global markets. Shripati is Managing Partner at AngelPrime - one of India's leading incubators and seed fund focused on creating disruptive technology companies for India and emerging markets. Earlier Shripati worked as a volunteer at the UID (Unique Identification) Authority of India to create framework for Authentication and Applications development. As Managing Director of Cisco's Learning Solutions, Shripati led creation of online education solutions for emerging markets. Shripati has co-founded Ezetap - leader in mobile POS, Unmamia - innovative kids apparel online, and Snapfish - pioneer in online photos (HP). Shripati holds an MBA from Harvard University, a Master's in Computer Science from Stanford University and B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras |
