Affinity Printing
 

Business printing segment is driven by marketing communication (brochures, direct mail, coupons etc.) and customer relationship management (orders, invoices, complaints etc.). Marketing communication is moving to the web due to lack of click through analytics, personalization mechanisms and delays involved in physical delivery of paper media. Despite the advantages offered by print media, web is the most popular media for information source.

Our research work in this area introduces affinity based printing service, which allows enterprises to distribute targeted, on-demand print content to end-users and obtain analytics. This service enables enterprises to deliver print marketing collaterals from web-portals that combine the effectiveness of print media with the measurability, targetability and personalized instant content delivery from the web. Enterprises can also place contextual advertisements in consumer generated print content.
