HPL Israel is located on the campus of Technion - Israel Institute of
Technology in the city of Haifa.
Ben-Gurion International Airport is about 10 miles southeast
of Tel Aviv, 30 miles northwest of Jerusalem, and 70 miles
south of Haifa.
The preferred hotels for HPLI visitors are the Dan Carmel
and the Dan Panorama in Haifa. Taxi service or rented car
are the recommended modes of transportation between airport
and hotel.
A less expensive, though time-consuming, alternative is
to take a taxi to the Tel Aviv central bus station (or
Tel Aviv North train station), travel by bus (or train)
to the Haifa central station, and take a taxi to the hotel.
The Technion campus is 15 minutes by car from either hotel.
