HP Labs Israel

HP Labs Israel is located on the campus of Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which sits on Mount Carmel, overlooking the city of Haifa. The lab fosters interactions with HP's large R&D community in Israel, as well as the research institutions and high-tech companies in the region.

Established in 1994, HP Labs Israel is an excellence center in machine learning, data mining, and imaging.
We aim to advance the state of the art in science and technology and to bridge technology gaps for HP businesses and customers.

Our current research theme:
  • Our current research theme is Enterprise Swarm.
  • Large corporations have to deal with huge data coming in all sorts of forms and shapes: communication streams, user behavior, knowledge bases, transactional data, performance monitors, etc. At HP Labs Israel we tap into the big enterprise data and make it work for us. Our analytics are domain aware and context dependent, and yield personalized information, whose value we harness to streamline collaboration, create insight and increase automation in large organizations.
