HP Labs Innovation Research Program
The HP Labs Innovation Research Program is designed to create opportunities -- at colleges, universities and research institutes around the world -- for collaborative research with HP. HP Labs is pleased to announce key program dates for the 2010 Innovation Research Program below. More information will be posted on this page as it becomes available.
Proposals will be invited against targeted IRP Research Topics when the next call is announced in December 2009.

Program Guidelines
Full program guidelines for the 2010 Innovation Research Program will be published in December 2009. The 2010 Research Topics will also be published at that time. It is anticipated that the Innovation Research Program will move to a two-phase process in 2010. In phase one, applicants will be invited to submit abstracts of their proposed research projects. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and selected authors will be invited to develop and submit a full proposal in phase two.
Proposal Submission
The online proposal submission system will begin accepting submissions for the 2010 Innovation Research Program in December 2009. More information will be provided here once the system is available.

Friday, 29 January 2010, 5:00 PM Pacific Time: Deadline for Abstract submissions
Monday, 22 February 2010: Notification of Abstract decisions begins
Friday, 2 April 2010, 5:00 PM Pacific Time: Deadline for Invited full proposal submissions
Friday, 30 April 2010: Notification of 2010 program decisions begins
