Biography
Shixing Yan is a research manager and senior research scientist in HP Labs Singapore, focused on developing an enterprise cloud service platform. Shixing has published more than 40 technical papers in international journals and conferences. He is a senior member of IEEE and also a regular reviewer for several IEEE journals and conferences.
