Biography



Theo is a Research Scientist in the Security and Cloud Lab at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories (HP Labs), Bristol, currently working on the Cloud Stewardship Economics and A4Cloud projects and more generally researching security, trust and accountability in the cloud.

Theo holds a PhD from University College London where he specialised in TCP/IP computer networks and looked into ways of helping ISPs intelligently manage P2P traffic flows using techniques such as overlay topology control, locality-aware caching and cross-layer traffic engineering.
