Biography

Wei Zhang is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Multimedia Interaction and Understanding Lab (MIUL) of Hewlett-Packard Labs in Palo Alto, CA. Wei Zhang received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in Information Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2001 and 2004, respectively and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University in 2009. In 2007, Wei Zhang worked as an intern in the “Responsive Mirror” project in the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), CA.

 

Research interests

Wei Zhang's research interests include Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition and User Interface Design.
