Biography

Wen Yao is a researcher in the Services and Solutions Lab, focused on developing technologies for cloud-based healthcare services that can enhance streamlined patient experience. She Joined HP Labs in July 2012 after receiving her PhD in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Tongji University in 2007, China.
