Emacs 19.22+ src anywhere?

Hi folks,

I've just started within IT in the UK, and I'm desperately missing my
fix of Emacs 19.24. Since no-one internally at IT here has ftp'd it or
compiled it etc, I'd like to get it myself. So, I was wondering, does
someone have the source anywhere within MS? If not, I'll just have to
ftp it myself.

While I'm here, I might as well ask if external telnet access is availble
from within MS. By that I mean, can I telnet to external sites? I have
an account at the Free Software Foundation (providers of Emacs) and I'd
like to be able to logon on there once in a while to read my mail, compile
stuff etc. The domain is gnu.ai.mit.edu if that helps.

Any help or pointers would be welcome.
