EFS 1.6 bug: dired-version ``$Id: Exp $'' instead of complete RCS id

Dear bug team:

When I type  C-h v dired-version,
I get

|>

Of course, the  line 
   $Id: Exp $
should rather contain some more...

The problem should vanish as soon as you replace
  $Id: Exp $  
by
  $Id$
in the source of dired.el and then RCS - CHECK it in once.
