Sounds like it's time to upgrade to 19.22 ;-) This is definitely some
sort of weird emacs bug, although I can't say what's triggering it.
To paraphrase a comment that Noah made on the efs-testers list:
If emacs crashes, it's always an emacs bug. An emacs lisp package
should never cause emacs to crash, no matter what it does.
By the way, renaming the last file in a dired buffer does not cause
either 18.58, or 19.22 to crash for me.
