EFS 1.6 bug: I think I am an overnight sensation right now!!

Dear bug team:

Hi,
I just downloaded efs 1.6 and tried listing my NT machine (suns) as:

/kin@suns

and efs complained with "Can't list DOS or OS/2 disks".

I read the supported FTP servers in efs-pc.el and found
the Microsoft FTP Server service (beta 2).  What is it?
Is that the FTP server on the NT?
