EFS 1.9 bug: This is a request not a bug

To whom it may concern:

When I find-file and the current buffer is a *ftp ...* buffer the default
path is set to /tmp/. It would be nice if it were set to the path for the
system to which I was connected to.

So the if I am in ftp buffer *ftp cdesouza@isoit109* the prompt would be
/isoit109:~/ and not /tmp/.
