EFS 1.10 bug:

To whom it may concern:

First when I tried doing this bug report I got an unknown
efs-smart-gateway.

Not necesarily a bug:

I tried & tar czvf libtiff-3.3.newhacked.tar.gz on
libtiff-3.3.newhacked and though it did a remote shell I got a
permission denied because I logged me in as tandem not root. Is this
just a feature or a bug ?
