EFS 1.12 bug: Reading compressed DOS files

Ciao bugsters!

Not a bug. Could you add GZ/Z~? to efs's loading of auto-mode-alist so
that files read from a remote DOS (and perhaps VMS) machine will be
handled "correctly" by emacs,
