Just logging 2 bugs so I don't forget them.

Bug 1:

Started another efs connection while one was waiting for a file to be
transferred.  Connection 1 had received the PORT command and connection 2 was
just logging in.  Somehow the logging-in process failed from connection 2 and
connection 1 thought that the file had been transferred.  Oops!

Bug 2:

File-name completion didn't notice a relative symlink.
