XEemacs-19.11 and efs-1.9 mostly works. Same old problem..

The problem of buffer modtime not being set properly has not been
fixed.  I haven't had any time to try and debug it lately.  Other than
that there don't seem to be any problems.

Is there a way to stop dired from adding that file-name-handler for
all files?  Perhaps to toggle back to the old behaviour...
What do I lose if I turn it off?
