Dear Sandy, 
the patch for efs-dired that you posted on Jul 23
does NOT contain the  
font-lock  activating things   (that e.g., emacs 19.29) has.

I am terribly missing the font-locking in efs-dired.

If anybody has already done it, please post (to efs-testers),
otherwise, I'll try it myself.
