Just to smooth a bit the discussion, I'd prefer to say that, while the wg
is supported by paying members, the list itself is closer to IETFs, thus
being appropiate for **working** members, this is people currently working 
on the protocol and its modifications. 

Myself, I'm not paying member, and I remain hearing in the dark usually, as I
don't work actively in the issue.
