EFS 1.15 bug: Cannot connect to AS/400 system

Greetings earthlings:

EFS was unable to determine the remote system type when connecting to
an AS/400 server.  Some experimentation I have done suggests that
"SITE NAMEFMT 1" is a very important command to run just after
connecting, as it enables UNIX-type path resolution.
