The version numbers I use for ARP2 are as follows, I have not tested any others.

Java Xerces Jena JavaCC
Use 1.4.1 2_2_1 2 (cvs) (opt) N/A
Development 1.4.1 2_2_1 2 (cvs,req) 2.1

ARP2 does not work with Jena 1-X-Y.

ARP1 is fully integrated with Jena 1.2.0 to Jena 1.6.X and standalone arp.jar's should not be used.
