RDF standards
Brian
McBride acted as series editor for the official W3C RDF
recommendations with Jeremy Carroll co-editing the Resource
Description Framework (RDF): Concepts and Abstract Syntax
recommendation. These standards arose from the work of the
W3C
RDF Core Working Group, of which Brian was co-chair and Jeremy a
member.

SPARQL standards
Andy Seaborne is a member of the RDF Data Access Working Group and co-editor of the SPARQL Query Language for RDF (proposed) standard.

OWL
standards
Jeremy
Carroll was a member of the W3C WebOnt working
group, which in 2004 unveiled the official W3C OWL
recommendations. Jeremy co-edited the OWL Web Ontology
Language Test Cases recommendation.

W3C TAG
The W3C
Technical Architecture Group published an official
recommendation, Architecture
of the World Wide Web, Volume One, under the co-chairmanship
of Stuart
Williams.

Working
Groups
HP Labs are also involved in the W3C Semantic Web Best
Practices and Deployment Working Group (Brian McBride and Jeremy
Carroll).
